Investing in occupational dental care pays off

Occupational dental care
A competitive advantage in the labor market
Providing occupational health dental care is a way to stand out in the labor market. When salary competition is fierce, investing in employee well-being can make a decisive difference in attracting and retaining the best employees.
For the company, occupational health dental care is fully deductible expense and the opportunity to be profiled as a pioneer when competing for labor. Regular dental care prevents serious problems, reduces treatment costs and improves the quality of life - one inspection visit a year is often enough to maintain good oral health.
Conditions for tax exemption
Written agreement between the company and the dental company, in which the scope and content of the dental services reimbursed by the employer are reviewed.
The benefit must be usual and reasonable (max. €3,000/year). The benefit must be equal for everyone and fall under basic dental care.
